The Work Tracker application serves as an effective tool for creating work schedules, recording work hours for both employees and management, and overseeing employee leave, including overtime. By integrating modern technology, it eliminates the need for cumbersome paper documentation, resulting in enhanced workflow efficiency.

The application is structured around three primary modules, each of which can be managed independently or assigned to employees with the appropriate permissions:

1. Timesheet
   The Timesheet module facilitates the registration of work hours for both employees and management. Utilizing smartphones or tablets as Work Log Recorders, users can easily track working hours by simply tapping their devices at the workplace entrance, thanks to NFC technology. Real-time access to work logs via mobile devices allows for immediate oversight. The module also generates comprehensive reports that include:
   
   • Timesheet
   • Work Log
   • Overtime (both unpaid and paid)
   • Unpaid Breaks
   • Estimated Salary, including Overtime
   Additionally, all work logs can be exported to an Excel file for further analysis.
2. Employee Scheduling
   The Employee Scheduling module simplifies the process of creating and updating work schedules. Users can view daily summaries along with monthly overviews that detail:
   
   • Number of shifts assigned
   • Days off within the work schedule
   • Estimated salary based on scheduled shifts
   This schedule is accessible within the application for all employees. For those without access, it is possible to generate a PDF of the schedule for distribution via email or print. Notifications will automatically inform employees of any schedule changes, and management can control this module independently or delegate it as needed.
3. Leave Management
   The Leave Management module enables employees to submit leave requests directly from within the application. Authorized personnel receive timely notifications regarding any leave requests. After evaluating these requests, employees are informed of the decisions made. This module allows management to monitor taken and planned leave days across their team, while employees can view their vacation details in the Employee Scheduling module.

The Work Tracker application ultimately enhances collaboration within teams by streamlining various operational aspects.
